The first snow of the season always causes a little flutter in the heart. Mine is quickly wearing off, though, as I realize that I’ll have to be driving in it shortly.

We got the same on Monday. Flurries, looked pretty, made me want more, then the sun came out and it all melted away!
I would like it to hold off just a bit longer, but that’s the golfer and cyclist in me wanting a few more 50-degree days. We had our first sub-freezing morning of the school year at the bus stop this morning, though, and our youngest was openly pining for snow.
