More on Acela Wi-Fi via the iPad

We interrupt this program to test drive blogging via the iPad.
I wrote a few days ago about how I could not access streaming media while using the Acela’s Wi-Fi. On today’s return trip, I can report that there is no access to the iPad AppStore either.
Guess I will have to wait until I get home to test drive some of the apps I heard people buzzing about at Think Mobile.

As an aside, it took me a bit to figure out how to paste an item into this post. When in doubt, press and hold. A menu will guide the way.

Thank goodness I had already set up an e-mail address to which I can send posts. I couldn’t get the Blogger interface to cooperate in the iPad’s Safari browser. I could type in a title and tags, but not the blog post copy. Perhaps there’s an app coming for that?
Of course, it is further motivation to convert the blog to WordPress, but I’ll save that geekfest for another time and post.
